Welcome to BPS
Our Architectural services have a strong focus on developing the design through key engagement with the end user. Early engagement allows the client to understand the design process through a step by step approach to develop a brief and set out the design principles personalised for their needs.
With schools, we believe that involving students in the development of the design is very much a learning tool, which benefits the facility outcome. We do this by undertaking school design workshops, where the students gain a sense of ownership for the proposed scheme during its design development. This challenges their own design skills and allows them to understand how modern building techniques and technology can influence and assist their learning.
3BM Buildings Professional Services, believe that with our experience and efficiencies in working, provides a well-rounded service which allows the client to enjoy the journey of developing a solution for their needs.
Meet the Schools Buildings and Capital Team
3BM Education Partners are an employee-owned Mutual
organisation that focuses on support services to schools.
The majority of the employees are the former staff from three
top performing London Local Authorities and we are the first
ever Mutual joint venture to spin out of local government.
At the heart of what we do is supporting schools, improving
education. We believe that efficient ICT, sound finance
management, robust leadership advice and effective
buildings really impact on children and staff. We bring
the best of our former public sector knowledge, expertise,
experience and ethos to our client schools, within the
context of a more flexible and agile, employee-owned Mutual.
